The TCICAA is comprised of Four Appointed members including the Chairman and Two Executive members. Board Members are as follows:

Mr. Peter Forbes who has over 30 years of experience in the Aviation industry manages the Aerodrome Standards department. Peter's extensive experience includes many years in service provision, in the areas of Air Traffic Control and Airport Management, until transferring to regulation joining the Turks and Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority, in 2006.
Paul joined the Civil Aviation Department in October 2000, After spending 16 years as a Commercial Pilot. He heads the flight standards department with special responsibility for Dangerous Goods Regulation.
Pamela Taylor joined the Turks and Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority on June 1st, 2023 as the Office Administrator, HR & Training Manager. Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge – boasting more than 20 years’ experience in Administration and 7 years’ experience in Human Resource Management. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Nova South Eastern University.
Chanese holds the post of accountant, joining the Civil Aviation Authority in 2008. She obtained her Bachelor's of Arts Degree with a concentration in Accounting at Talladega College, in Talladega, Alabama May 2005.
Onward joined the former Civil Aviation Department Airport fire service in November 1984 he held the position of Senior Divisional Officer. He now holds the post of Aerodrome Inspector with the Civil Aviation Authority with special responsibility for Fire Service regulation.
Mr. Missick Joined the Turks & Caicos Civil Aviation Authority in September 2022 as Airworthiness Inspector. He brings a wealth of knowledge – boasting more than 18 years of experience in the Aviation industry. Antoine previously worked as Quality Assurance and SMS Manager for the Airlines. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance Management with a concentration in Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Darrak joined the Civil Aviation Authority in June 2004. He has over 23 years in the Aviation Industry. Darrak holds the post of ATS Inspector, prior to that Darrak worked as a Personnel Licensing Officer, and an Aerodrome and Approach Controller.
Bianca Williams Joined the TCICAA in 2006 as a Technical Clerk, she now holds the post as the Personnel Licensing Officer.
Clarence joined the Turks & Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority in July 2012 as Airworthiness Inspector. Prior to that, he was employed as Chief Engineer with the Royal Turks & Caicos Islands Police Airwing.
Floyd joined the Civil Aviation Authority in November 2022. He has over 30 years in the Aviation Industry, including a background in Air Traffic Control and Airport Management. Floyd holds the Aerodrome Inspector post and previously worked as Head of Operations at the Turks & Caicos Islands Airports Authority
Mr. Tatamo Joined the Turks & Caicos Civil Aviation Authority in May 2023 as a Flight Operations Inspector. He has over 20 years’ experience in the aviation industry, including 14 years in the flight operations surveillance activities within a civil aviation authority.
Mr. Gardiner joined the Turks & Caicos Civil Aviation Authority in July 2024 as an Airworthiness Inspector. He brings a diverse background of knowledge and experience in the field of Aviation that spans over 35 years with training on many different aircraft types. Anthony previously worked as an Airworthiness Inspector with the Bahamas CAA and hopes to be a valued team member of the TCICAA.
Adriana Gibson joined the Turks & Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority in September 2021 as the Safety Development Officer. Prior to that, she was appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Turks and Caicos Islands Airport Authority Board. Adriana obtained a Master of Science in Aeronautics with a specialization in Aviation/Aerospace Safety Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration with a focus in Air Transportation and Minor in Aviation Safety, from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She has over 7 years of experience in the aviation industry
Kamoii Campbell joined the Turks and Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority in September 2023 as the Executive Officer/Accounts Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from American InterContinental University in Atlanta, Georgia. Before joining the TCICAA, Kamoii gained over 14 years of experience in corporate Administration.
Kabrina joined the former Civil Aviation Department in November 1997 initially as temporary relief for the Personal Secretary. Kabrina was subsequently appointed as secretary of the Civil Aviation Authority in June 2006.
Chadice Dean joined The TCICAA on October 1st 2022, her function as the clerical officer is to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. Chadice has a vast experience in the banking industry.
Ms. Sharone Roberts joined the TCICAA on the 12th September 2016, her function are to ensure that the TCICAA Library is being kept up-to- date and she also carry out regular clerk duties.
